Whisper Creek answered my maintenance request quickly and took care of the problem in the same day!

Any time I have had to put in a maintenance request, the issue has been resolved almost immediately. They are very quick to fix issues and always very friendly.

Just wanted to take a moment and shoutout Dickson. I had never met somebody so welcoming and helpful before coming here. He made the moving process very easy and was there to answer my 100 calls and questions whenever I had them. The management here are the best. Maintenance personnel esp Darrin is very respectful whenever he needs to do something inside the unit. He respects the rules of our home.

Quick and efficient

Management keeps you posted of all activities. Maintenance is always prompt as possible to care of apartment issues. Dickson, Brandon, and the front desk receptionist is open to assist with negative situations as well as the positive. Very nice apartments and great location especially for professionals! We had a water leak in our ceiling, and it was fixed ASAP before it became a problem. For someone that has had a lot of apartment complexes that would just ignore the leak and just paint over the spots it is causing, I am very happy to be able to trust my maintenance team. I did have holes in my ceiling for the following two weeks, but when they came to fix it it looked very good. You can’t even tell it happened!
