The overall experience was great and our AC works perfectly

Whisper Creek - GREED INCARNATE If you're looking to be abused for the simple sake of greed by large business, then this is the place for you! I have been a resident of Whisper Creek in an adequate one-bedroom for 3 years. Recently upgraded to a larger two-bedroom, of course at a higher cost. I won't get into Whisper's obvious greed on that point at, this time. The point here is what they are now attempting to do to me, a current resident, in good standing. Switching apartments necessitates updating one's Renter's insurance to the new apt's address. My current policy is valid through mid-June of this year. Hence, my coverage (identical requirements for both types of apts) will cover with me to the new place. With a move-in date of 5/1. On 5/5 I update my address on the insurance app. Whisper Creek/Tribute Properties is now expecting me to pay an additional fee since the app didn't allow the requested date change until the 5/6. On move-in day (of the new apt), BOTH, and I must re-iterate here, BOTH the on site leasing agent and the Assistant Manager checked over my paper work, specifically, and they were adamant about it, the renter's insurance information. Both approved as all satisfactory and correct, and handed me the keys to my new apt. Now somehow, Whisper Creek/Tribute Properties is expecting me to pay for their mistake. TWO, yes TWO agents looked over that policy info. This is their error, NOT MINE. Is this the type of place you want to live? There are better options out there. Out of, what I thought would be a simple moving matter, is the only reason I decided to renew here. The outcome of this experience will determine if this new lease gets immediately terminated in favor of one of the better options in this area. I can provide further examples of the Whisper Creek shifties, but I'll save that for another review.

I’ve been living at Whisper Creek Apartments since 2017, and it’s been a great place to call home. The community is nice and quiet, which I really appreciate, and it’s always felt like a comfortable place to live. One thing that stands out is how reliable the maintenance team is. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s been handled in a timely and professional manner, which makes a big difference. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live.

Allowed someone to put an apartment in my name! They knew the id didn’t match the person that applied once she came in the office ! Don’t move here!

Criss was Quick to respond and wonderful at answering any questions we had. Repairs were completed in a timely manner.

My husband and I lived here for 4 years and had a great experience overall. Maintenance is great and really responsive, place is really well maintained, no trash issues. My only complaint is the parking situation was sometimes difficult but they seemed to be cracking down on that before we moved out of the state. Overall great place to live and good location.

I moved into Whisper Creek a little over 6 months ago due to a pending divorce. The move -in was a quick notice thing and required a quick location and finding a nice place to lease. Found a nice 1 bedroom that met my needs and moved in within a week of viewing and leasing. Jessel, an Asst Mgr. showed me the place, and gave me the entire tour of the facility and its amenities to include an available garage, which I needed. We discussed pricing, and the other financial considerations; which met my needs again. She also began my application information for processing the online application and other documents needed to complete it online to include the Client Portal/ cafe. and Process. There were several others who made the stay memorable. Jaxson worked in the office and was my point person for getting information and other services so I could correctly view and access everything I needed. There were a couple of minor maintenance situations which were met with quick repairs or responses that corrected them expeditiously. For example, my garage remote control quit working on 2 occasions that required the maintenance tech to come for a faulty wire and then a faulty remote. After that situation, everything else worked very well and when I had questions, everyone had all the answers or gave me a contact person to manage the situation immediately. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend you consider visiting Whisper Creek for your housing needs.
