I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my experience as a resident of for nearly eight years. The management under Erica Korn was deeply concerning. Specifically, an issue with my ceiling was never addressed despite my repeated requests. When I eventually contacted the City of Rock Hill for an inspection, management's response was to issue a non-renewal letter a month later without providing a reason. This occurred despite my history of eight years of timely rent payments. When I contacted corporate, I was simply informed that the lease allows for non-renewal at the company's discretion. It was heartbreaking to be forced out of the place my child called home under these circumstances. Based on this experience, I find the company's management practices to be unprofessional and focused solely on their own interests rather than resident well-being. I cannot recommend this company to others.Also this apartment has mold.
I moved into Whisper Creek a little over 6 months ago due to a pending divorce. The move -in was a quick notice thing and required a quick location and finding a nice place to lease. Found a nice 1 bedroom that met my needs and moved in within a week of viewing and leasing. Jessel, an Asst Mgr. showed me the place, and gave me the entire tour of the facility and its amenities to include an available garage, which I needed. We discussed pricing, and the other financial considerations; which met my needs again. She also began my application information for processing the online application and other documents needed to complete it online to include the Client Portal/ cafe. and Process. There were several others who made the stay memorable. Jaxson worked in the office and was my point person for getting information and other services so I could correctly view and access everything I needed. There were a couple of minor maintenance situations which were met with quick repairs or responses that corrected them expeditiously. For example, my garage remote control quit working on 2 occasions that required the maintenance tech to come for a faulty wire and then a faulty remote. After that situation, everything else worked very well and when I had questions, everyone had all the answers or gave me a contact person to manage the situation immediately. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend you consider visiting Whisper Creek for your housing needs.
Chris came over to help with a problem that I have been having for a while. His assistance was very helpful and informative. The issue was resolved as well as any other questions that I had.

I'm a tenant at Whisper Creek apts At building 710 apt 402. My heating unit was not working and in timely matter it was fixed by Willie. Willie was kind and explained to me what he was doing and I appreciated him for that. Thank you Whisper Creek for sending Willie, he was a pleasure.
