Ive lived here almost 2 years now and love it. Today when i got home from work, my air conditioner was not working and it was hot. I called maintenance for the first time since moving here, and Criss was here in no time, and had my air blowing cold in about 15 minutes. Very professional, very fast, and very good at what he does.

I live at Whisper Creek apartment homes. Recently my a/c stopped working. I requested a service call. Technician, Criss, came and worked to determine the problem. He let me know that the compressor needed to be replaced and explained that the next morning it would be completed. Criss has helped me in the past with other repairs. He is an excellent employee, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for the quick and efficient service.

Dickson has the patience of a saint. He is wonderful to work with and very helpful in stressful situations. Thank you Dickson for being awesome!!

Willie went above and beyond to resolve our A/C issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Jessel was so warm, kind and helpful with my decision on choosing whisper creek. She made me feel like I was already a resident. I literally could have chatted with her all day. She’s so engaging and listens to your wants and needs. I would recommend this complex to anyone and if you get Jessel, just know your decision will be very easy. Maybe the management or the person in-charge should consider using high quality products / appliances to avoid constant breaking down of the mentioned.
