Nice starter apartment. Pros: property presents well, and landscaping maintained. Maintenance usually quick and professional. Relatively safe area, close to markets, hospital, and restaurants. They never raised the rent for my one bedroom basement-level apartment. Cons: Needs to be upgraded to keep up with competitive market in this area. Marijuana issues in the neighborhood. I had extremely noisy neighbors. I had insect problems because I was in a basement-level apartment, and I also suspect foundation/moisture issues; lots of spiders and centipedes of all different kinds. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get a very nice upgrade for the same market value in the area, so I moved to a new place.
Dickson is a great guy there. Love the place better than the 2 other apartment places I've lived in. Also didn't have to confirm transactions from 12 years ago, having to involve my ex wife, like my last apartment complex required! The onboarding is thorough and Dickson is cheerful and takes the stress off a move.
I first started living here when I came to the states in 2022. Honestly, it’s the best, most affordable place in Rock Hill. Friendly, accommodating staff, my neighbors were cool and my apartment was comfy. I can’t complain because I had a peaceful, positive experience. I moved a couple of weeks ago to be closer to work but I’d probably choose to live here again if I ever move back to Rock Hill. Keep up the great work Dixon and all the other Tribute Properties Staff ❤️
Any time I have had to put in a maintenance request, the issue has been resolved almost immediately. They are very quick to fix issues and always very friendly.
